TEAM Clinics is connects you with a medical Provider to your school or business through technology.

• For our school clinics, you no longer need to take your child out of school to be evaluated by a provider, we can see them right where they are and get them the care they need today.  Keeping kids in school and providing excellent healthcare.
• For our business clinics, you no longer have to take time time off work to get the healthcare you need.  We can save you time and money while connecting you to a Provider right where you are.

• • You can sign up under the My Account tab. It takes about 1 minute to create an account.  Once you create an account its easy to schedule an appointment with one of our Providers.

• • TEAM Clinics works with most insurance carriers as a Primary Care visit for services.  Rates will vary depending on your insurance plan.  However, insurance is not a requirement for our services.

• • You can be on the call via Zoom or phone, you can come to your child’s school for the visit or give us permission to see your child if you are not available during the visit.

• • The Provider can send it straight to the pharmacy of your choice, so it’s ready on the way home.

• • The doctors notes will be available in your TEAM account after your visit is complete.  You can access all your documents, such as return to school/work notes at any time via our TEAM app.

• • Yes.  Simply choose Self-Pay during the registration process for a discounted fee schedule.
