How does it work?
We work with school nurses to setup equipment for telehealth visits. We will provide the training to make you successful.
Parents can register their children online at any time via the TEAM Clinics Platform to expedite the school visit when needed.
When a student makes a visit to the nurse’s office, the nurse will log on to the visit via the TEAM Clinics Platform.
School nurse, parent/guardian (as needed), patient and provider connect together on a video call for the visit to provide a thorough evaluation.
